What does the roadmap with BuzzLabs look like?

1. Inquiry Form – Fill out our Initial Project Inquiry form on this page to get started or for a quick answer to a question shoot us an email at info@buzzlabscreative.com
2. Initial Contact – BuzzLabs will Contact you for more information regarding your project and to establish the scope of the project.  At this time we will ask you to complete our Business Questionnaire.
3. Vision / Concept – We design a service around your business’ needs to meet your vision and expectations.
4. Contracts / Deposit – If the Proposal made during the Vison/Concept Phase is accepted then we move on to contracts & a detailed statement of work are signed for both parties as well as a 40% deposit is made to begin your project.
5. Project Launch / Pre-Production – This is first day of official work on your project.  First we will finalize our dates and deadlines for each step of the project if not already confirmed in the Vision / Concept Phase. Drafting and scripting of your project will commence and you will be updated on the progress throughout the way.  Once drafting and scripting are finalized we are set for Production Day / implementation. 6. Production / implementation – It is film day. We are ready to shoot at our established location w/ crew on hand. For design clients this is when we implement the draft of your project created in the last step.
7.  Post Production / Revisions – This is when we finalize your production and work on the final Edit and client review. For design clients this is when we Review and edit the implemented design.
8. Premier and Final Meeting – This is the end of the project 🙂 If possible we would love to premier the project live in person.  To schedule a Project Review please use our Scheduling page.
9. Feedback and Training – BuzzLabs will ask for feedback regarding your final Product. If any training is needed for you to get the most value out of your video project, photo project, website development etc. we are more than happy to accommodate.
10. Continue The Relationship – If everything went great for both parties… Let’s do this Again.  Now that you completed your first project with BuzzLabs ask us about custom packages and monthly rates to save a ton on your next project and future business!
